Completing an independent project to resolve operational inefficiencies within the House of Friendship Emergency Food Hamper Program in Kitchener. Owning the full product lifecycle (stakeholder interviews, market research, product design, and full stack development).
Context
House of Friendship's Emergency Food Hamper Program serves 27,000 individuals annually. Their food hamper distribution is run entirely on pape slips, spreadhseets, and tribal knoweldge passed between staff. It's costing them valuable time and money. I'm fixing that.
